Users expressly agree that use of this site and purchasing of products or services is at their own risk. IONNA PLANT SRL cannot guarantee stock availability of all presented products. Therefore, each order will be confirmed with a sales consultant before being considered valid. Displayed prices include VAT (19% and 9%) but do not include delivery fees unless expressly specified. The purchase price printed on the invoice or receipt will match the one established by the sales consultant when confirming the order.
IONNA PLANT SRL may deliver products to its clients via company driver or courier service.
Delivery is available nationwide, within Romania. IONNA PLANT SRL reserves the right to confirm orders before dispatch by contacting clients. Shipping costs and calculation methods are determined after completing the delivery address. IONNA PLANT SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries for reasons beyond its control, including fire, explosion, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other force majeure events under Romanian law. If the client is unavailable at the provided address, our courier will attempt to recontact them. If contact cannot be established, the order will be canceled and returned, and the client will bear the cost of a new delivery.
Payment for ordered products can be made:
6.1 In advance:
a) via bank transfer or cash deposit – Payment proof must be emailed or faxed to IONNA PLANT SRL, otherwise delivery will proceed only after payment is received.
b) online card payment via Netopia Payments.
IONNA PLANT SRL may request advance payment in specific cases. Payment confirmation must be sent to info@ionna.ro. Orders will be delivered only after the full amount is received, including transport costs.
After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount in 1–14 days, depending on its policy. IONNA PLANT SRL guarantees product compliance and will refund or replace products that do not meet the website description or labeling, at no extra cost.
According to the law (Order 34/2014 supplemented by Law 51/2003 and Directive 97/7/EC), contracts for supplying food, beverages, or daily-use goods delivered to the consumer’s address by regular distributors cannot be unilaterally terminated. Once received, such products cannot be returned.
Right of withdrawal and returning non-food products:
Consumers have the right to notify the seller in writing of order cancellation without penalties and without justification, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product (GEO 34/2014).

Products may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the moment we are notified. We will do our best to process the refund as soon as possible.
Attention! Only non-food products in perfect condition, including packaging, accessories, and consumables, may be returned. They must show no signs of wear or use. An invoice copy must be included.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, Ionna.ro does not accept returns of food products.
Users may leave comments via contact methods. IONNA PLANT SRL reserves the right to disregard messages containing illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or privacy-violating content, intellectual property violations, viruses, spam, promotions, chain letters, or mass mailings. Users who impersonate others or use fake email addresses will be held legally accountable.
www.ionna.ro is hosted by a third-party provider. IONNA PLANT SRL is not responsible for any errors arising from hosting, site modifications, or browser issues.
