Orders on the ionna.ro online store can be placed at any time. Shortly after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery time: between 48 and 72 hours from the phone confirmation of the products.*
No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday.
* During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take longer depending on order volume and courier schedules.
Our products will be delivered by courier, to any locality in Romania, in proper packaging that maintains their quality throughout transport.
ionna.ro products are sold and delivered only within Romania.
Shipping is done from the warehouse in Galați.
Prices include VAT.

Fan Courier for delivery addresses located within their coverage area. The list of addresses within the Fan Courier coverage area can be viewed here.
*Due to third parties involved in the delivery process and various unforeseen situations that may occur, we cannot guarantee delivery within 48–72 hours. In the event of a stock shortage occurring between the time the order is placed and stock updates on the site, you will be contacted by phone. If we are unable to reach you in a timely manner, the order will be processed with a delay.
Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
According to Emergency Ordinance OUG no. 34/2014, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without providing any reason and without penalties, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing, by
completing the return form and sending it via email to info@ionna.ro, regarding your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:
- They must be unused and unopened, for hygiene and health protection reasons, according to art. 16 letter e) of GEO no. 34/2014.
- They must be returned in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.
- They must be accompanied by the invoice issued at purchase.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Return Costs
Transport costs for returning the product to Ionna Organic are entirely the responsibility of the consumer. According to art. 14 paragraph (2) of GEO no. 34/2014, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the products when exercising the right of withdrawal. We recommend using the same courier service that delivered your order to ensure proper handling of the returned products.
Refunds
Ionna Organic orders are paid exclusively online, by bank card, at the time the order is placed. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund all amounts received from you, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision. The refund will also include the initial delivery cost paid by the customer, limited to the cheapest shipping option we offer. Additional costs resulting from choosing an express or premium delivery method will not be refunded. The refund will be made automatically to the same bank card used for the order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to art. 16 of GEO no. 34/2014, the following categories of products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer.
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Since the products sold by Ionna Organic are intended for consumption and may be affected by unsealing, they cannot be returned if unsealed.
