Orders on the online store ionna.ro can be placed at any time. Shortly after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery time: between 48 and 72 hours from the telephone confirmation of the products.*
No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday.
* During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take longer depending on the volume of orders and the couriers' schedules.
Our products will be delivered by courier, to any location in Romania, in appropriate packaging that will maintain their quality throughout transport.
Products from ionna.ro are sold and delivered only within Romania.
Shipping is done from the warehouse in Galați.
Prices include VAT.

*Due to third parties involved in the delivery process and unforeseen circumstances that may arise, we cannot guarantee delivery within 48–72 hours. If there is a stock shortage occurring between the time of placing the order and the website's stock update, you will be contacted by phone. If you are not able to respond in time, the order will be processed with a delay.
RETURNS ACROSS THE COUNTRY
The return policy complies with the laws governing e-commerce in Romania.
Food products cannot be returned, except when they do not match the characteristics specified on this site.

According to the current legislation (Ord. 34/2014 supplemented by Law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts – art. 12, point a) and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20.05.1997 on consumer protection in relation to distance contracts – art. 3, point (2), first paragraph), contracts for the supply of food, beverages, or other everyday consumer goods delivered to the consumer's home, residence, or workplace by regular distributors cannot be unilaterally terminated. Once the products are received, they can no longer be returned.
The right to withdraw from the contract and return products, other than food:
Regarding the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return products, they benefit from the provisions of GEO 34/2014: “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they renounce the purchase without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.”
Product returns will be at the customer’s expense, using the same transport service used for delivery. The return address is Strada Prelungirea Foltanului 65C, sat Costi, comuna Vânători, Galați, 807326.

Products can be exchanged or replaced, and if you want to receive a refund and cancel the order, the money will be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the moment you informed us of your decision. We will do our best to return the amount as soon as possible.
Attention! Only non-food products in perfect condition, including packaging, accessories, and consumables, can be returned. They must not show signs of wear or usage. A copy of the invoice must also be attached.
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, Ionna.ro does not accept the return of food products.
