Mursalski Chai (Sideritis scardica)
– rich in iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium and minerals, Sideritis Scardica, has been called the astronaut's herb for its special healing properties. In Greek "Sideritis" literally translates as "The one made of iron". The plant was known since Ancient Greece, being mentioned in particular by Dioscorides and Theophrastus. In ancient times it was considered a generic reference for plants with the ability to heal wounds caused by iron during battles.
Method of preparation
Add 200 ml of hot water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Consume 2-3 cups daily.
